Petronas International is a second-generation family firm, founded in 1991 by Anton Reidel as a petrochemical brokerage. Jeroen Reidel leads it today and handles every engagement personally — the analysis, the structure, the due diligence and the negotiation — for owner-led businesses and private clients on both sides of the Atlantic.

Management Consulting
Hands-on advisory for owners and boards: operating efficiency, restructuring, market entry and expansion, and the transactions that follow. Jeroen works the engagement himself, from first analysis through implementation.
Petrochemical & Travel Retail
Where the firm began. We assist clients with petrochemical brokerage and with their travel-retail (duty-free) needs — sourcing, supplier introductions and terms — drawing on relationships built over three decades across cruise, shipping, hotel and airport channels.
Structuring & Real Estate
Corporate structuring and asset stewardship for private clients and family businesses, designed around the family rather than a template; and real estate investment and brokerage through Kerja Group and our eXp Realty affiliation.
